OUR GENERAL PRINCIPLE

The locations Ebersbach and Zittau of the Klinikum Oberlausitzer Bergland gemeinnützige (non-profit) GmbH are modern and efficient medical centres of treatment and research in the heart of the Oberlausitz region.
Because we are located close to our citizens and because of our competence and openness we are citizen-oriented and the people of the region have confidence in our hospital.

It is our aim to offer modern medicine and to guarantee our patients individually-coordinated forms of diagnostic and therapy at any time. We respect the patient as a personality whom we encounter with sympathy and due respect.
Through care and support we would like to alleviate one`s suffering, cure and help the patient to find a new lease of life.

The cooperation of the employees of the hospital is based on a permanent advanced vocational and in-service training. Colleagueship, politeness and constructiveness belong to the principles of our work.

At the same time we are anxious to work rationally and performance-linked with due regard to the efficiency-principle. These are important fundamentals for the preservation of our locations.

According to the principle of common public interest the clinical centre, its development and the patients benefit from any material and immaterial results whatsoever.We cooperate with the clinical centres and the established independent physicians in the area.Every year we offer apprenticeship places for school-leavers from the region.Thereby we also ensure a high-quality care for our patients in the years to come.
